REEP renovated Horizon Hill's gym area into a shared space with the leasing office. Now, prospect residents get a beautiful view of the amenities on their first visit. Slide the center bar to view before and after's. 

The large area you are seeing is Horizon Hill Apartment's old gym area. The leasing office was upstairs and had an uninviting layout. REEP decided to split up the existing gym area into two spaces: one would be the new leasing office and the other side would be the gym. It looks great and is very functional for residents and guests. 

The unit above is a model unit from Horizon Hill Apartments. REEP decided it would be best to update the interior by removing the carpet and adding faux wood flooring, updating the kitchen and bathroom areas with a fresh coat of paint to top it off. 

Horizon Hill Apartment's had great layouts and REEP saw the potential in the units. REEP has upgraded select apartments with granite finishes to give it's residents high-class living. 

Horizon Hill Apartment's had a great renovation to make the leasing office and gym area much more inviting. Here it is at night, overlooking the beautiful pool area. 

Above are pictures of Atrium Commons exterior. We have given this property a facelift by repainting the exterior, cleaning up the landscaping and providing cedar planks to give our residents more privacy on their balcony.

Atrium Commons had a closed-off leasing office that made it difficult to get around with guests and did not showcase the property well. REEP opened up the floorplan so our guests can see our leasing staff upon arrival.

Knoll Crest Apartments had an office area that we turned into a gym for our residents to take advantage of. We made it even more desirable by adding large windows to look onto the pool area from the gym area.
