Leadership Team

Stacey Hampton brings over 17 years of asset and portfolio development experience in the multi-family and hospitality industry. Prior to joining REEP Management, Stacey led a team managing a vertically integrated portfolio of more than 17,000 units across 4 states, including five major Texas metro markets. Her wealth of expertise provides REEP solid results, and a strong foundation in establishing and developing assets, new markets, value-add construction, and team culture. As an outdoor enthusiast, Stacey enjoys camping, biking, kayaking and travel, especially with her son, family and friends.

Chris Singleterry brings over 14 years of leadership experience in property management overseeing stabilization and maximizing revenue, multi-site management, construction, unit renovations, re-branding and repositioning in various markets across Texas. In addition, Chris’ history directing, mentoring, and growing the professional ability and careers of his team is in-line with REEP’s top priorities. Chris enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing, kayaking, hiking with his family and two dogs.

Bertha Hernandez has more than 30 years of experience in the accounting field, having worked in various industries including non-profit, hospitality, oil, home construction, and property management. In her position as Corporate Controller, Bertha guides financial decisions by planning, directing, and enforcing policies and procedures to help protect the assets and financial condition of the company. Bertha has established internal control systems and training systems for a better coordinated accounting team. Overseeing the regulatory reporting and working with external auditors, Bertha ensures compliance with all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles. Bertha is an avid gardener and enjoys the outdoors.

Audra Hale began her career with Venterra Realty in 2007, gaining experience in the Apartment Industry as a Leasing Consultant, and was later promoted to Assistant Manager. Audra received her Bachelor of Art in Theatre from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and continued her education receiving a Master of Science in Secondary Education. As an educator, Audra taught classes in both Corpus Christi, and San Antonio. Since returning to the Apartment Industry, she has held positions as a Corporate Trainer, Auditor, and Property Manager at other local and national management firms. Audra joined REEP Management in April 2020 as a Community Director and now leads training new members of the REEP team and all other Human Resources responsibilities.
